ELECTRONICS RECYCLING
Prince George's County provides residents with an opportunity to recycle used computers and electronic equipment at Brown Station Road Sanitary Landfill, located at 11611 White House Road, Upper Marlboro. HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL
Prince George's County also provides residents with the opportunity to dispose of household hazardous waste. Household hazardous waste is any product labeled as toxic, poisonous, corrosive, flammable, combustible or an irritant that when disposed of improperly poses a threat to human health and the environment. Hazardous waste materials should NOT be placed in the trash, poured down the drain, dumped into storm drains, or burned.

METAL COLLECTION
The Department of Public Works collects metal throughout Town on Wednesdays. Please call 301-864-1803 to schedule a pick-up.
A receptacle for recycling used motor oil is available at all times to Town residents at the Departement of Public Works facility located at 5012 Queensbury Road. Oil and containers must be disposed of in accordance with the directions posted at the facility.
