The Closed meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. via Zoom.
CM Dixon made a motion to enter into closed meeting to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice on a legal matter (#7) and to consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending or potential litigation regarding matters involving a dispute with Bates Trucking. The motion was seconded by CM Henry. Vote: 4-0-1 (Favorable)
